Well... Like some people here, I never really liked that song! However, this is *so* much better than the original, for all the reasons already listed by deluded_marxist! Lovely and creepy as always. This sounds even more like the surreal soundtrack of an obscure horror movie, probably made in Czechoslovakia in 1970. Makes me nostalgic for Stereolab, pioneers of this genre whose strong echoes are noticeable.
